To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it. All tags, labels, packaging, and boxes must be included and intact. Items showing signs of wear, alterations, or damage after delivery will not qualify for a return.  

To ensure your return is accepted, please submit your request within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period cannot be accommodated. Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be processed.   

How to Request a Return  

Returning an item is simple. Begin by emailing us at miraedgesolutionspvtltd@gmail.com with your Order ID, the reason for the return, and clear photos if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.  

Once we review your submission, we will provide detailed instructions to complete the return. Please note that returns not meeting the conditions outlined in our policy may be declined.  

This process ensures your return is handled efficiently and fairly, allowing any issues with your order to be resolved promptly.   

Refund Process and Timeline
